Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash or Credit Card.
All invoices totaling $10,000.00 or more MUST be paid by wire transfer.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 2 business days of close of auction.
PAYMENT DEADLINE is before 4:00pm, two business days after the close of the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS!.
Bidders who fail to pick up purchases by the removal deadline will incur late fees in the amount of $50.00 per day per invoice.
Items remaining 14 days after removal deadline will be considered as abandoned, and ownership will revert to the Seller.

BP-Auctions will charge a sales tax of 8.25%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s).
When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 15% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. BP-Auctions will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 2 business days of notification by BP-Auctions of receipt of payment.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
